The Great White Shark is one of the most
fascinating and studied fish in the sea. In particular since the Steven
Spielberg movie 'Jaws' the Great White has captured our imaginations.
Great Whites are a fish we would like to learn much more about, whether you are an angler or not. In
Particular the feeding habits of Great Whites ..... Great White distribution .....
the mysterious questions such as 'why Great Whites, known as Air Jaws, only seem to jump clean out of the water whilst attacking seals in South
Africa - Seal Island??' - a spectacular sight!!!! and 'are there Great Whites in British Waters ??'
..... Jaws in the Med ..... shark attacks ..... and the Great Whites prehistoric cousin - the Megladon.
It is for this reason, and a keen personal interest in Great White Sharks, we have chosen to feature the Great White in its own profile on Artful Angler.
