Hi Jimmy, Never knew there was a syndicate for this water. Is this now covered by a permit? I thought this was going to stay open to the public when the golf range opened as they had to keep a public right of way through the course?

The syndicate at Arden pits is not formed yet, but you can get all the info you need from the actual website thats dealing with it. http://www.anglinginscotland.co.uk/

Hi Pike Hunter,
I tried to view the information with the link you posted but i had to register with that site! I was denied access and my account block?? For some reason whoever the admin is either thinks i am someone else or is having a laugh! (not much of a joke!)
Lets put it this way! That is not good advertising for that website and I am sure that they will not want to be promoting that type of attitude!!

Scotland has got to be one of the best places to catch huge pike, i love it, the 6 hour drive is a slight burden though ;)

Hi Jimmy,
I was informed by a chap that work's in Country Sport's fishing shop in Paisley, that you & some guy's were looking after "The Pit's" i think it's a good idea to stop the "rifraft"{fire's tree damage ect} i may have spoken to you last year when i was up fishing for Bream with a mate of mine, was just wondering is there any restriction's on the Pit's now? i have been up twice over the last two week's Bream fishing and have not seen anybody and was surprised to be told there was a syndicate running the water? could you please tell me more,
